CIRCLE KEK. if a friend, family member or a co-worker recommended it to him…sure! the only way to get ted to listen to any ‘indie’, ‘garage rock’ type anything in any setting is by recommending it to him since he doesn’t actively seek out those kind of genres on his own. he’ll probably highlight the fact he’s not crazy about how repetitive the guitars tend to get in some of their slower songs but the fact the pace can make you feel malaise and depressed, much like the seemingly doleful vocalist is trying to convey through the already too discontenting lyrics— can really make a guy appreciate a band who’s genre he’s not necessary the biggest fan of. he’ll probably never be crazy about them as he is with iron maiden or van halen but he does respect them as artists and digs those very few tunes he’s listened to. you can even find a few on his to-go playlist on his phone.
some faves: snap out of it, what ever happened, do i wanna know?, machu picchu and you only live once.
